First time to this place due to cancelation of flight. Well used facilities, room okay had a musty smell, good staff and friendly service. Close to town and shopping loved that. Comfy bed.
The location of this place is great, right in the heart of Lower Hutt with Queensgate shopping center right across the road, that's where the positives end.
The room is very dated and very basic. I stayed here for work but will definitely never stay here on my choice.

It was a nice big room but would've been nice if there was air con in the rooms.
Room service was really good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They provided with a cot which was nice. We came for a wedding and stayed here and the rooms are big enough for us 4 girls to get ready in. Everyday the room was restocked with toiletries and other things. Heaps of parking available and just next to the Queens gate mall.
Overall was a nice with big comfortable bed to stay at and rest.
We booked a room at the last minute and they were happy to accomodate us, thankfully…lovely hotel…the bed was SUPER COMFY, king size. We loved seeing Pickles the cockatoo…thanks for a great stay…see you again!
Holes in the ceiling in the corridor, stains on the bed base and mattress and a dusty heater. Stinky room and a bathroom with no ventilation. Very dusty headboard and room in general. Very poor quality for the price paid. I will never stay here again
Great stay in Lower Hutt, is a great location with the mall just across the road. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large and staff were friendly and helpful. A bit dated but looks like renovations were going on and didn't hinder our stay.
